Because of the specialized nature of our inventory, all sales are strictly final. Please review the specific policies for our product categories below before purchasing.
Custom & 3D Printed Components
- Made to Order: All 3D printed parts and custom hardware are final sale. We do not accept returns, remakes, or refunds for order mistakes.
- Manufacturing Variations: Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing, minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight color differences are normal and do not constitute a defect.
- Compatibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify all dimensions and fitment before placing an order.
New Cables & Wiring
- Final Sale: All sales on specialized cables, adapters, and interface leads are final.
- Pinouts & Application: We do not accept returns if a cable was ordered by mistake or is incompatible with your specific hardware. Please double-check your system requirements and pinouts prior to checkout.
Refurbished & Used Equipment
- “As-Is” Condition: Refurbished equipment is sold strictly “AS-IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” * Cosmetic Wear: Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, dents, and signs of previous use from field deployment are to be expected and are not valid reasons for a return.
- No Warranty: Kitsap Component makes no express or implied warranties regarding this product. Battery life on refurbished units is not guaranteed.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives visibly damaged by the shipping carrier. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the damaged shipping box and the item itself. Claims made outside of this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
